Worry, Worry, Worry!
Here’s what we know about Worry – Instead of “fortune
telling”, it’s “catastrophizing”. It’s always about something bad, even awful, in the
future that hasn’t happened. Like me, You know these facts:
.MOST of the things we worry about don’t happen. If
they do happen, they’re probably not as bad as we imagined them to be. If
they are as bad as, or even worse than we imagined, Worry did NOT keep it from happening!
Worry is a thief! It steals
Your joy, Your peace of mind, and even steals time from You that You could be doing ANYTHING else that would be more productive,
even fun! . So why worry? Well, that’s a good question – and I’ve never received a really good
are only two things to worry about – what You can change, and what You can’t.
If You can change it – instead of worrying – do something
about it. If You can’t – don’t waste Your time and energy!
I know - easier said than done. But using Hypnosis and NLP many of my clients have found relief from the “Worry
Monster” and have found Life to be much more enjoyable.*
